It’s back to school and I get to help with morning ferret care due to our new schedule.

It’s cool to chill with Blaze. She is pretty adorable in the morning. I snapped a few pictures of sitting near me.

Mornings are made for relaxing and easing into your day (when possible) with people and animals you love.

I’ve enjoyed the quiet time with her after the kids rush out the door. Sometimes, she keeps me company while I do yoga. Other times, I read a few articles, taking breaks to run around with her and throw her toys for her to retrieve.

Pet / ferret ownership is a family effort in our house – and I’m glad Blaze’s cuteness mostly offsets her naughtiness.
